Yes I know - this blog is dedicated to our adventure in Dubai - more on that later. I have to tell y'all that Aric's motorcycle accident court case has been settled, 100% in his favor, so he is a very happy and content man!
He spent nearly an hour on the stand and with all the other witnesses and police testifying, it took from 9am to 4pm before the judge made his final decision. The woman who did a U-turn and drove right out in front of Aric, was inconsistent and contradictary in her statements and there was no doubt from the judge's viewpoint that she was grossly careless.
This closes a long drawn out chapter and Aric can now rest assure that we have the funds to take care of any medical procedures he may need.

Great win on the court case - congratulations!! To get that property don't forget the bribe, then all you have to worry about is being out bribed!!
Aric remember "woster"! Get them to make the deal for you This normally would help secure a property. Good luck!

At least the legal/courts system came through in the (very) end ... annoyingly long but the right outcome!
